Hello and welcome to another week on the blog. We have had a few requests for Glenis's beautiful Scone receipe with jam and cream.....
Place in a bowl - 2 Heaped cups of Self Raising Flour and 1/4 cup sugar.
Place in a 500ml tupperware shaker - 300ml cream, 2 eggs and the fill to the top with milk - then shake.
Tip into bowl with dry ingredients and mix with a knife. The mixture should be sticky but hold shape and drop off the spoon - not like a cake mixture. Spray baste muffin tins with oil and drop spoonfulls into the muffin trays. Makes 12 scones..... Set oven at approx 185 degree for about 15mins or until cooked. Wrap in tea towel.
